I hate when people don't take responsibility for what they say, or laugh at.

How were mentally handicapped people not being mentioned? They were being compared to people who arwen didn't like.

YES but we were comparing, not making fun of, people with mental illnesses. There's a difference

I'm sure he'd have been happy to see this thread.

Greg YOU once said that it is important to be able to laugh at things, being a bit hypocrytical are we?

and anyway it's not like I was saying that to someone who was actually mentally handicapped!

As I'm sure you're aware, you're wasting your breath.

They're just looking for attention :rolleyes3:

Hahaha. That's all it ever comes down to when someone's wrong, the other person's trolling or attention seeking.

Well personally I use the phrase 'retarded' all the time as an insult, I'm not defending that, but I would say that using the phrase 'mentally handicapped' touches the issue a bit closer.

But I'm pretty much on the fence with this one.

They're just looking for attention :rolleyes3:

No - really? Whatever gave you that impression?:rolleyes::rolleyes:

You should of just said idiots then this argument wouldn't have happened

I Can see why this upsets people I had a friend who went to a special needs school because she had learning disabilities and people would make fun of her saying she came from a 'retard school' , I Know you didn't mean it like that but it can cause people offence.

Dunno, you?

Deja you?
