So we'll need ID to get in

will I be able to use my young farmers one it has my name and that on ?

Well, I'd assume we would need ID to prove who we are! However, I think that what angedediamant needs her ID for is to get into the country...

Yeah I know, but it just dawned on me that I may need it

aren't you in your mum's passport or something? I was when I was younger.

I'm not sure actually , I'll ask her :\

I don't think we'll need ID to enter the party as:

1) most of us have met in person already and will vouch for the others (who we'll be able to identify via stuff we've said in PMs etc)

2) the people from the band know what many of us look like (and most importantly Ian and Jen)

3) Ian has the email address of everyone to check.

4) There will be 100 people waiting for the boat - what are the chances of another group of 100 people turning up all together and trying to impersonate us all?! :laugh3:

Exactly, they won't let me go. :veryangry2:

My ID card is out-of-date.
As long as you're not takinga plane a temporary ID card might be just fine!!! Maybe call your police and ask about the law.

When my passport had been stolen in Sept they gave me useful info about with which passport you are able to travel where.

fingers crossed!

Yours will be a Da Vinci Code-style puzzle based around an A-to-Z of London :P

why such a difficult one, because of my black book?

Like Pete says, I don't think we need to worry too much about "no one knows what I look like to vouch for me" etc etc...we're all nice people, we're not going to disown someone from our group just because we don't recognise them by face! Since this whole event is pretty spontaneous and not on the media's radar, I don't think we'll have to worry about impersonators anyway.

In terms of actually getting on the boat, I figure they need to make sure we're the right people somehow, maybe by using ID, but because this is more the vibe of a party than some sort of public event like a concert where money is involved, I don't think they're just going to chuck you off if your ID or whatever doesn't meet specific criteria.

Usually I'm the one freaking out about all the little details! :P But for me, this whole thing is so generous and so unexpected that I'm just really relaxed about the whole thing...I'd be a lot more stressed if I had to make international travel arrangements and all that, but in the end, I think everyone's going to be pretty accommodating and make sure everyone else is alright. We're Coldplayers! :D

Because there is no secret in the A-to-Z that Natascha cannot solve

Black book? What's that?! Intriguing!

*sigh*

My parents are making things very difficult on me.

I'm going to try and convince them one more time this evening.

But if not, I may not be able to go after all.

:(

She didn't have a regular A-to-Z guide, she had a guide book that was black :P

here it is:

Nobody has met me before :blank:

Me neither but I'm sure there are ways of identifying yourself,

like, for example - I have an iphone - so I can access my email and sign into my coldplaying account from there. I can't imagine we'd need ID other than some proof that we are the user we say we are (as mentioned, signing into the account or providing a 'SAFE WORD' with Ian via PM, that could be another option)

:)

Oh, in England a 'little black book' is a book full of phone numbers of potential dates :P

On commission young lady? :laugh3:
