When I was in college about five years ago, I was in a 'Music Business' seminar and my lecturer was talking to us about rejection letters from music labels, and was handing round some of the letters his old band had got, the one that landed in front of me was from 'V2 records' and was signed 'Sincerely, Debs Wild' - ofcourse I PM'd her on the original Coldplay.com forum but I suppose that would be something neat to talk to her about. It was just one of those freaky coincidences. on a side note, apparently it was a toss up between his band and the stereophonics as to who got signed... imagine a world where it was 'Stuntdog' who was signed! ha.

I still have my fingers crossed for knowing the final date by Monday or Tuesday, but if we haven't heard, I guess I'm just going to have to sign off two days of uni and book my train and hotel on Wednesday. So I couldn't just take a couple of days off. At first my manager said no (without me asking), I think she saw some of the messages on my Facebook :laugh3: I asked, but she still said no. Five minutes later I asked her again and I told her that I already planned and booked everything. She looked, gave in and removed me from the schedule :dance: I owe her big time!
