Listen...You are in London...you flew from Denver to LA to see Coldplay...you waited in line all day to get inside first...you made a beautiful video of you and your brother's trip (still one of my favorites)...you *have* to go to this. So what if it's last minute. It's only one night. You can do this! If you can get around LA in a car, you can get around London - I even managed to DRIVE myself in London when we lived there. You're in London doing something you believe in and are working hard at it, so take a night off to reward yourself for all your hard work :)

last minute train tickets tend to cost a bomb...a friend of mine had to pay £49 return for Bristol to London when she bought on the day before her trip. but if you have the 16-25 Railcard (i remember you're a student here at the moment, right?), then you save quite a bit on train ticket fares.

 

tho this is probably a bit too late to tell you by now if you don't already have it...

 

Thanks, but my railcard from last year is expired, so it didn't help me out this trip :angry:. I knew that was going to happen at some point though, it's my fault for not renewing it. The cost is worth it to me entirely: I worked all this summer expressly so I would be able to spend whatever it took on music-related things in 2011...but the end of 2010 counts too! :P

 

I'm getting into London at 2 and will be going to my hotel to get ready, so I'm not sure if I'll make the 3:30 meetup at the Anchor Tap, but I might show up a bit late to that depending on what time I get to the area. Otherwise...see you all at the pier! :bomb:

to broadcast the entire thing... I don't have the effort for that,

That would seriously be awesome :wacky: But kind of a pain for the person doing it, and I don't want anyone to miss out on appreciating how awesome a time they're having :P
