I just looked at my prescription and apparently I'm near-sighted in both eyes now, not just one. :surprised:

But it's much worse in my left eye than in my right eye, and the astigmatism in my right eye is much worse than in my left eye.

I'm near sighted with glasses... I've been like this since I was seven :(

Put on the lenses while sitting at the kitchen table, my that-time-boyfriend gave me the bowl of muesli... I ate it... after finishing I looked up and realised something's not right.

I hadn't moved since putting them on and we searched EVERYWHERE for that stupid 100€ lens - nowhere found. So we concluded that it must've fallen in the bowl. :uhoh:

Last thursday went to renew my permit

 

I had to take an eye exam, and HOLY FUCK i cant read out of my right eye for shit

 

It was really alarming that vision out of my right eye was that bad all of the sudden My vision has always been ok.

 

If I ever go to a Dr for my eyes Ill probably need contacts or glasses.

I dont want glasses cuz knowing myself theyll get lost or broken or some other thing.

 

Ill opt for contacts.

Colored contacts for near/far sighted people are hard to find, and if i remember correctly they are also really expensive.

I used to wear these slightly blue contacts that my mother ordered by accident. they made my eyes look kind of turquoish but I felt like a cheater, fooling people to think that my eyes looked like that. but I got the coloured ones for the same prize as the normal ones so..

I didn't think it was possible either... when I went to see the doctor that specializes in eyes last year, I thought I only needed reading glasses or something :uhoh:

same here, my mom tried to convince to wear contacts but i don't think i ever will. I almost fell during graduation because i wouldn't wear contacts and didn't have my glasses but i looked like a proper four eyed nerd in a fancy dress at prom:P
