What song(s) do you or your band cover?

I started out with a lot, but now I only cover:

Coldplay - Shiver

The Beatles - Across the Universe

Tonic - Soldier's Daughter

i would cover Coldplay - Clocks,

and... ehm..

i dont have aband but i've covered .. Radiohead- creep,muse-cant take my eyes off you,coldplay- the scientist & travis - love will come through

our ''band'' is trying to do a cover of no time by the guess who

they want me to sing it too! forget that

but most any sublime song would be cool to cover

i dont know about a coldplay song though

they're too good to make better

but clocks would be fun to play

Everything I like ;)

I'm not in a band but my dad's band covers many-a classic rock songs. A few newer ones here and there too.

the band (2 members, still searchen heh) im in doesnt really cover coldplay. we usually cover oasis songs, though we spend most of our time maken songs.

oh, i like to run to my drums, when a coldplay song is on the radio, and play it. they're so ez to play but so fun. :D

Bob Dylan - All Along The Watchtower (dave matthews influenced though)

The Who - Behind Blue Eyes

Coldplay - A Rush Of blood to the head

David Gray - Babylon

U2 - One

elton John - Rocketman

Marilyn Manson - The Nobodies

Staind - Outside

all acoustic solo stuff really, and pretty much the only covers i know so far, but the one that goes down best is "all along the watchtower" because hey..it's a classic

K's Choice - Not An Addict

Guns 'n Roses - Sweet Child of Mine

Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven

Coldplay - Shiver & Yellow

U2 - With Or Without You

RHCP - Scar Tissue

Eric Clapton - Badge

and so on.....

^^ Ohh that's nice. Who played the piano? it sounds exactly like Coldplay's. The voice I didn't like that much...it doesn't "fit" the song if you know what I mean, but it's nice to listen to, congrats:D

- Antonio

Chris played the piano, I've sempled it from real song, everything else is my job :D

My band has covered dozens of songs. We started out just playing covers, but now we're writing our own stuff as well.

Here's a list of some of the stuff we've done.

Oasis - Supersonic, The Hindu Times

Radiohead - Creep, No Surprises

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Love Burns, Whatever Happened To My Rock 'n' Roll?

The Strokes - The Modern Age

Coldplay - In My Place

The Beatles - Day Tripper

The Datsuns - Harmonic Generator

We're trying to phase out the covers from our setlist completely as we write more of our own stuff.

My fiance band covered The Darkness - I believe in a thing called love, David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust, Iggy Pop - The Passenger, Radiohead - Fake Plastic Trees... Oh, and The Cure - Friday I´m in love...

Fridays, I'm in love... lovely song!!!

We're just starting out, and we're doing our music pretty much, but with my old band, we used to cover the beatles and in my place... but right now, the covers are One I Love and Clocks (in a guitar version)
