I become a diehard fan because of Viva so i would say Viva La Vida is their SIGNATURE SONG!!!:D

Wow! Amazed that not many people know of other Coldplay songs where you live! If I'm being honest I'd say everyone I know who would cite Yellow as the first song that came to their mind. But of their hits Clocks for me is THE Coldplay song that best represents them.

I could never call Fix You and Viva La Vida signature songs. As songs they don't deserve that title as they are spoilt by weeping women and horrendous overplay respectively in my opinion! If it weren't for those reasons I'd like the songs very much although the falsetto on Fix You is OTT.

My parents: Clocks

My husband: Sorry, he can't answer that question right now because he just aspirated on his own vomit at the thought of Coldplay.

 

But looking at an overall worldly view of what their signature song would be, I'd say it's a toss-up between Clocks and Yellow. I think I'm leaning more toward Clocks though.
