Woooohoooo i made it through the concert last night!!!! it was AMAZING!!! There is no other way of putting it!!!! Unfourtantly i can go into detail right now cause i have to get ready for class, but i will be on later tonight to share some pics and what not! They didn't turn out that geat, disappointing but oh well! Um ya i was super close i was sooo happy i ended up getting 9th row seats!!!!!! : ) In which i was able to see the face of the sexy sexy man known as Jonny Buckland!!!!

OK I'll start at the begining.

Got into Milwaukee on Saturday evening. Plane was late getting in. Wondering thru the baggage claim area trying to find the cab stand and instead find Richard Ashcroft waiting to claim his luggage. I was so shocked, OMG can't he hire someone to do that boring shit for him. :P I was going over to say hi, but he looked pretty pissed about something, plus he had his family with him, so I headed for the cabs instead.

 

At the hotel, checked in, checked the bar before I even went to my room, no signs of Coldplayness. Put my junk up and later went checking out stuff around the hotel. Found buses, big fancy tour type buses, parked outside. :wink3: Checked bar several times, but nothing. There was a big wedding or something in the ballroom near the bar, so maybe they were staying away because of that. :veryangry:

 

Sunday...show day

Had breakfast , then went out to first see exactly where the Bradley Center was. First thing I noticed, was buses were gone. mmmmm Was I seeing shit last night or maybe they just couldn't leave them parked on the street and moved them to the Bradley. Walked down to see the venue, very close only a block away. Coming back I run into none other than Miller walking to the venue. I knew I didn't imagine those fookin buses. He's coming from the direction of my hotel. He has the way coolest black Coldplay X&Y logo backpack....me want! I stop him.

No, I justed wanted to say hi and that I'm looking forward to seeing the band tonight. I traveled all the way from Texas to see this show.

Walked back to hotel and had a look around the parking garage area. Nothing there. Went in and checked out the upper floors, no signs of anything there. :sick:

OK so the hotel is set up with all rooms opening to this huge 16 story atrium. There are 4 glass elevators all located next to each other. So if say the band were staying there and had to go to soundcheck and say sometime around the 3-5 pm time, they would have to get on those elevators to do so. :sneaky: Yes I staked out the fookin elevators for 2 hours, but nothing. :cry: On the Coldplayer, Miller said Chris flew in just before soundcheck, so he wasn't even in town and if the rest of the band were staying there, I sure as hell couldn't find them. I think maybe just the crew were at my hotel. After the show I checked the bars, but I don't think they came back, because they would have to left to travel to Cleveland. Tried to get info out of the room service delivery guy, he said he's not allowed to say anything about stuff like that. :veryangry2:

haha angie i saw Miller too!!! At cleveland though! I was omg its Miller and then he was gone! Congrats on seeing Richard thats pretty sweet! its ok the cleveland venue gives u no shot to see them at all, considering the buses are underground and there is a tunnel from the arena to the hotel. so its almost hopeless for us when bands play at The Q!

The show was great. The venue was interesting. They didn't let us in until 7pm, Richard came on stage at 7:50! No security what so ever, no searches. Damn I could have brought in my tripod and put my camera on it and shot much cleaner video. :P The fans there were nice. No getting up every 2 minutes or talking on their bloody cell phones. That shit pisses me off. Not sure why there was so much fricking smoke in the venue. The band must have had a nice rest, they looked much more relaxed and ready to go. OMG wait til you see the In My PLace Video, some chick jumped on Chris' back. LMFAO I think security had to pry her off.

Angie since you just saw them as well, did Jonny look thinner to you? He did to me!

Hey girlygirl, I saw them in Cleveland on the last tour...at that tent over a parking lot next to the river under the rusty old bridge place.

Oh thats awesome!!! ya tower city ampitheatre! the Q is right next to it!!!! No we didnt were suppose to get some snow later today though! the ummmm like little solider hat?!?! thats the one he wore! I do have some pics but alot of them are super blurry! Im kinda pissed cause this stupid drunk girl kept hitting me from back when i would take a pic! Then i had 2 huge guys stand infront of me half way through the concert! i was quiet upset by that cause they just about completely blocked my view of Jonny!
