Ugh. Did you get a new copy? I would've... Because I'm crazy like that. I actually got my copy for my birthday. From a special boy.<3 So it has all so much meaning to me, other than being just an awesome & hilarious book (much better than the first).

I saw this film on friday and i really liked it! it was so funny  esp the elton john bit  :P

o ya, lol, i forgot about that bit, where he's like, yoyu've been at elton's for five minutes and ur gay already, hahaha,,, ya that's funny!!

How did you like that gorgeous brazilian actor on this movie ? Rodrigo Santoro... He kisses that blonde woman (I guess it´s Emma Thompson... I forgot her name)

i saw this movie last night' date=' and i liked it alot, it was really funny. i also fell in love with karl, lol, who is the hottest guy, and i was a little upset that they didn't finish his story, his and laura linney's?!?! they should of at least been together or somethin, they didn't even finish it. and colin firth, coming to portugal to propse marriage, that was a bit much, all of sudden he asked for propsal, that was unbelieveable. lol. but overall me likey!!![/quote']

Yea I totally agree. That was the only disappointment was how they didn't finish that story line. Although after discussing it with my friends they told me that it was supposed to be she chose her brother over the guy.

But I absolutely loved this film. It's cheesey but so good. I liked how all of the stories came together (even though unrealistic). But I thought it was pretty clever. I was so annoyed the other day when I saw a girl on TV say how much she hated this film because it was too confusing and too many story lines

I LOVED IT!!!!! omg that karl guy! my mom was like whoah he is cute (this was before the sex scene) when he was just in his office and scenes like that and i was like yea hes ok AND THAN COMES THE ALMOST SEX PART! omg i FELL IN MY SEAT! everyone around looked at me like i was an idiot (all old ppl no one below 70) and i almost passed out he is so hott! AND THAT PART WHEN COLIN FIRTH WAS LIKE TELLING HER HOW HE FELT IN ENGLISH AND SHE WAS DOING (osrry) the same in portuguese and they didnt know it OMG that was sooooooo sweet. i give this movie a 10 it was AMAZING GO SEE IT! and also vote me MOST INTERESTING USER! :D

  you'll plug that vote anywhere won't ya!!!?

i was crying from laughter when Colin Firth was talking in Portuguese and the translation of what he was saying was wrong. I would go see the movie for a 3rd time just for that scene, oh gosh.

I really wanna see it again - it was sooooooooooo good. Made me feel all warm inside. And as for Colin Firth... :wink3:

I'm sort of an anglophile, so my opinion is totally bias, but I thought it was excellant! I wish they would have had Rowan Atkinson ((aka, mr.bean)) have a larger part; but I thought it was a sweet movie. I loved how that one guy came to Wisconsin to pick up girls!! (Cuz I'm from there, obviously) More british guys should do that, lol ;) I'll definetly be buying it on DVD. Since the movie was constantly changing from the different people's stories, it kept it entertaining so it didn't get boring....

i hope to see it this weekend i can't wait to see Hugh Grant

yeah I love Hugh Grant!! Thats the reason I went to see the film!! But he should of been in it alot more!! :P

the only part that was a bit much for me was the over-done wedding near the beginning. I'm sure it would have been nice in reality, but in a movie, it was over the top. Overall, I loved the movie, its probably my favorite romantic movie, each story was equally interesting, and the story was great, the acting was well-done, it pulled me into the movie. About half-way through, i started to wonder "where's Rowan Atkinson? he's on the poster for crying out loud." Turns out he's only in two scenes. But this is the perfect movie to see when you and your date are the only ones in the theater ;)

I adored this film because it's not like your typical romantic comedy. It reminded me of the film 'Playing by Heart'. It had a parallel to 'Playing by Heart' I thought because it's not focusing on just two characters and then seeing them go off into the sunset. It touches on relationships with a variety of different people and then in the end the all storylines are intertwined. It was tres cute!! It’s more about LOVE vs. the happily ever after motif that is usually seen in romantic comedies.

Thumbs up from moi. :)

When Rodrigo Santoro (Karl) played Emmet on Charlie's Angels Full Throttle, he got all his lines cut... It´s great to see a brazilian actor doing good movies in foreigner countries, but it´s not fair to cut his lines out of the movie... And he is way too gorgeous, isn´t he Marianne ?

I saw this film last weekend, it was really funny and the plot was excellent. :D There were some gorgous guys in it. :wink3: Hugh Grant made a great Prime Minister. :D :)

Kara hath returned from... uh... somewhere...

Aww thanks for noticing, Chad. :D

excellent movie :) *two tumbs up*

LoVe Actually is All Around !!! :P

And he is way too gorgeous' date=' isn´t he Marianne ?[/quote']

he is so hottttttttttttt!!! he's my msn display pic, hahaha!! i didn't even know he was in charlie's angels until i looked him up, but i thought he was hot in charlie's angels too, that sucks that his lines were cut, i know what u mean by recognition, its good the way they portrayed him in this movie, as the sex symbol, lol!! i love him, but don't u hate it the way he didn't have an ending? everyone else did! but i loved this movie sooo much!!!

such a good movie, i've seen it twice :D

a brilliant movie, it made me cry all the time! plus, SO much eye candy! Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Andrew Lincoln, Martin Freeman......... :wink3:  :P :D

this movie looks sooooooo good' date=' im dying to see it. Has anyone seen it??????? If,so let me know how it is[/quote']

I saw it with my b/f who is not really a fan of these "chick flick" types of films.... i know never to mention Bridget Jones' Diary around him without a shoe being thrown for example! :o

But we both loved Love Actually!

SUCH a sweet, heartwarming film. It will be a perfect video rental.... Cuddling up with someone beside an open fire... *drifts off into daydream*

It totally changed my opinion of Hugh Grant.... Him and Martine McCutcheon were the best on-screen couple  I have ever seen!

And the wee boy who runs through Heathrow to confess his love for his sweetheart before she jets off to America.... :smug:

*sentimental idiot*

:wink3:

This film had everything....love...laughter...heartbreak and Liam Neeson    gooooo see it :cool4:

but don't u hate it the way he didn't have an ending? everyone else did! but i loved this movie sooo much!!!

I thought pretty weird that his story didn´t have an ending... I was hoping that laura linney and him could stay together.... But it´s such a lovely movie...
