GWYNETH Paltrow has spoken at last about her love for Coldplay's Chris Martin. The willowy actress is renowned for saying absolutely nothing about fiance Chris, whose band scooped Best Group at the awards.

 

But she was in a charitable mood on Thursday night after dragging a reluctant Chris along to the screening of her new film Sylvia, in which she plays poet Sylvia Plath, in London.

 

Although Gwyn, 30, was happy to chat to her favourite showbiz column at the after-party in Mezzo, stroppy Chris, 26, refused, jumping into a car.

 

But Gwyneth still gushed: "He has more depth than any man I've ever met. I'm such a lucky girl."

 

Since she started dating him in August, Gwyneth has joined Madonna, Kylie, Holly and Co to become an England adoptee.

 

She says the best things about England are: "My friends and my scooter - I could never ride one in New York. The drivers are so much more considerate over here."

 

She also says she now has a different outlook on life after losing her father Bruce from a heart attack. "I now realise how fleeting life is," she says.

 

"I used to feel so pressured by the whole Hollywood machine and now I think: 'Why? I know what's important now.'"

 

The lovebirds are still mulling over where to spend Christmas.

 

"We haven't decided what we're doing yet," Gwyn ponders. "We may end up celebrating it twice with our families."

 

Just think of all the presents, love.
