I'm sorry to come here in the middle of a conversation, but isn't being sarcastic about Justin Beiber and his fans against the point Coldplay fans are trying to make? I mean, I'm not a fan of the kid, but as you very well put it, his music is aimed at a younger audience and that's probably why it's not appealing to us, but his fans must love him in the way we appreciate Coldplay. I think that attitude does not help in standing against the people who say bad things about Coldplay cause they don't like them or who come here and bother us for liking Coldplay.

There are plenty of forums out there for their fans if they want to fawn over them.

The amount of posts you dedicate to bieber are weird considering

 

1) you have said like a million times this is a coldplay fansite, not a bieber forum and you post more about him and Gaga than about coldplay. That's just trolling or you have a mental issue, maybe an obsession with famous people or something like that.

2) it's creepy to hear an old man caring so much about a 16 year old kid.

Well, when opinions (positive or negative) are about coldplay of course this isthe right section for that. I didn't know non coldplay fans can't have an opinion. Now, if they come here to just say "fuck you coldplay" without an argument they're trolling but if they say "I don't like this because of blablabla" they're just posting their opinions about the band, and this is the perfect section for that.

If it had been worded in a different way, without getting "personal", it might have been different.

 

In fact, what's really sad is certain people's apparent obsession with other users, and the fact they appear to be unable to discuss a topic without getting personal, either directly or indirectly.
