Are there venomous spiders in Denmark? I don't think you have anything to worry about, the spider won't go after you and bite you, in fact it may even help you in killing other insects.

Noooo there are no dangerous spiders or anything but maybe I could remove whatever spiders eat from my room so that it would starve :(

omg this is stupid but grhghrh I HATE THEM

I'm alone in my apartment and there are many. I put them outside with a glass and ME SO AFRAID OF THEM HOUUA !

my two cats on avatar are staying with the parents.

but eat spiders and even flies.

but the spiders are more afraid of you, than you of them ;)

Thanks Lory, it's always good to remember that :nice:

Ehm, spiders eat insects, removing them is gonna be very hard. I understand your fear of these creepy crawlers but the only thing you can do is grab a shoe and kill it. Most likely it won't harm you at all, if you want to feel safer just don't put your bed laying just next to the wall so there's no way the spider climbs it.

I remember the creepy spider from the 'Cirque de Freak' movie.

But it was blue and red (fun) and the size of a fist because it had a big ass (unfun)

Don't worry, Eddie will get it for you :awesome:

yes ;___;

I don't know, sleep in another room and then tomarrow it will be in another room and then you can go back to the old room that isn't the other room.

dahhhh

:dazzled:

There's only one solution to this.

KILL IT WITH FIRE.

Oh, sorry, you wanted serious answers. My bad.

How big is this thing anyway?

I have a love/hate relationship with spiders. I hate looking at them, the thought of them crawling on/near me, etc. However I love the fact that they eat all the other critters that I never see because of their existence.

That being said, when they do decide to press their luck and appear in my presence, I have two favorite ways to kill them, depending on what is at my immediate disposal:

  • Trap it on the floor with a clear cup/glass and then watch it starve to death (this may take a few days).
  • Spray it with hairspray. Within seconds in can barely move which makes it much easier to kill.

Be kind to Spiders! Haven't any of you read Charlotte's Web? :mudkip:

Spiders are just nature's way of keeping flies in check, they have an important role to play - imagine all the annoying flies you'd otherwise have in the room, or mosquitoes!

So I would recommend the live capture of this precious animal, and return it to the wild outdoors, where it can be in the niche where it belongs, if the little creature gives you the hebejebes.
