About the music. Instrumentals were very very good. But I found the vocal irritating. It's a matter of taste. Moonlight is just how you described it ^^ Tears of Insanity is hmm... well it sounds very complex which is definitely and advantage. Well what can I say if you were a professional artist I would say "Well he's ok. I won't listen it at home but it's certainly a good job". But you're not so I would rather say that it kicks my ass totally. I already heard Brothers In Arms. This for sure matches my type of music the most of all the music everyone posted here (besides William's). The inspiration sounds very simple, but the song itself has good lyrics. Incorrect World is one of the first songs I completed, I've made more versions of the song and picked the best one out of them. I have indeed used virtual instruments mostly. However I do use after research for years and years the best software on the internet so the quality isn't going under the real thing. Actually I've tried to record it on my real guitar but that didn't sound as nice as this version I have. If you listen to the song Smooth(see under) you'll notice it's much and much better. But Incorrect World will have the perfect place on my album(and another mix of the song) wich I cannot say yet. But that a lot is created with virtual instrument and mostly a MIDI keyboard doesn't mean I cannot play them. I've created three albums for free in the past 6 years only for research, critics and experience to make this album, my expectations are pretty high for the final record. I could post a whole thread about it(wich I might do) so don't mind my big post :uhoh: I like to share all of these things LOL About what you said about that, yes thats indeed! Tho I like to mix up styles and don't follow one sort of pattern. I write down everything that comes up in my mind. Thats why you'll hear some rock, pop and the song Smooth witch is Bossa/Latin! I didn't like leave the floor, the recording (or mixing) quality (especially of the drum) is really bad, it kinda sounds like a piece of mud (only the record itself, I'm not judging the song). Well, Godsend was based partly on Green Eyes, and the chorus (after closer inspection) we realised was the middle eight of Clocks (also used in Empire State of Mind by Jay-Z and Acquiesce by Oasis, but what can you do?). The vocals aren't me, I am keyboardist. Yeah Leave The Floor's currently being recorded, as the kick drum is kack. It's a lot heavier in influence, and not so much Coldplay. The most Coldplay songs we have actually aren't up there (Euphoria and Nebulous Rave) but Euphoria's being released tomorrow. Perhaps they don't sound Coldplay-influenced, but Chris Martin's the reason I began playing keyboard and writing music. He's the influence in my life.
