Me too. Achtung Baby is one of my favorite albums by anyone. New stuff isn't a total trainwreck but it's very hit-and-miss. I have some friends seeing an acoustic set with Bono and The Edge tonight, but they're not going for them. They're going for Lady Gaga and Usher instead. :facepalm: What a waste.

Zooropa has grown on me in recent years. I still hate Pop, but I no longer associate Zooropa as part of that same slump.

To be honest U2s albums are not really as sudden change in must style as what Coldplay have done. So it doesn't seem as "omfg what happend to the old stuff" as it does with Coldplay. Personally I like the newer stuff as much as the older stuff and look foward to what they will do next.

well it all started back in june when our local hockey team lost in the stanley cup finals (wich apparently is a big deal) and people started rioting and destroying the city.. that is the joke :D
