PM the administrator, I think the mods can do it, but the Admin would be a safer bet.

You can't delete any accounts in any social or forum site, for example facebook or twitter where you will always exist in the virtual world until the FBI or China shuts all internet down.

You can 'delete' your account, but the data is still out there. You can't see it anymore

 

You delete your account on a forum, your posts don't disappear.
