September 19, 201114 yr I want to buy these earphones but I don't know if they are good. And they are €29 in Dutch stores and £5 on amazon. How is that possible?
September 19, 201114 yr They're alright, they look like the ones you get with an iphone/ ipod. Are yours broke? If so take them to the Apple Store, they replaced mine for free.
September 20, 201114 yr Apple earphones are known for being horrible. I agree with this, I think you'd be better off getting something from a different company. I have [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR-E10LP-Headphones-Fashion-Earbuds/dp/B000JUT2XC/ref=dp_cp_ob_e_title_3]these[/ame] and they're pretty good quality for being so cheap.

My iPhone came without earphones :\ Apple earphones are known for being horrible. I didn't know that, thanks for telling me! I agree with this, I think you'd be better off getting something from a different company. I have these and they're pretty good quality for being so cheap. Pink earphones! :awesome:
September 20, 201114 yr I still have my totally unused Apple earphones from when I got my iPod, and can send them to you Natascha! Although I don't remember if they have that volume control switch on them like the ones in your link. Also note the reviews... out of 200 or so reviews in the link, the average was 2.5 stars. Not a good sign. I use these Sony earbuds, which also have a handy volume control, and I love them; I'm not an expert, but I think these have great sound quality. I think this ends up being around £20. September 20, 201114 yr I have about 5 pairs of new Apple headphones I've never used, I don't like them, especially at the gym they tend to move around too much.
September 21, 201114 yr I assume you have a shuffle? Oh no, does that mean you're stuck buying the ones from apple? :\ I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade, you're welcome to use those headphones if you're not interested in high-quality sound or anything fancy, but I'd go with some nice Bose headphones, or Samsung or something a little bit nicer. Not to mention the fact that those headphones have a much greater longevity than apple's chear earphones. :\ But as I said, if you want the apple kind with the fancy voice inside that tells you what's what on your shuffle, it's okay. :)
September 21, 201114 yr Pink earphones! :awesome: Ikr? :awesome: They're pretty good for their price /has no job so no money
September 21, 201114 yr I need new earphones myself... I had a good pair and a breaking pair of Apple ones, somehow I mysteriously now only have the totally broken ones. I remember chucking out some really nice Sony earphones cus I thought they weren't working, when it was really the earphone jack that was broken. Rather devastating.

Ikr? :awesome: They're pretty good for their price /has no job so no money I think they are the same price on amazon as in shops here *shopping trip tomorrow* :D I need new earphones myself... September 28, 201114 yr Apple earphones are one of the worst quality available for sound quality, even 99p cheapy ones beat them. Buy some Sennheiser CX300 earphones
September 28, 201114 yr Author I bought the Sony ones earlier this week but I'll keep the Sennheiser ones in mind for next time :)
September 30, 201114 yr I detest apple earphones. Have Sony ones too. I think most people have apple earphones because they're apple not because of the quality they provide.
September 30, 201114 yr I think most people have apple earphones because they're apple not because of the quality they provide. The only reason I have them is because they automatically came with the iPod. I don't use them.
September 30, 201114 yr I got the fancier Apple earphones that you buy separately. They're pretty nice and they produce great sound. They're in-ear instead of earbuds.
September 30, 201114 yr The only reason I have them is because they automatically came with the iPod. I don't use them. Aside from that, yeah.
October 1, 201114 yr Apple earphones are one of the worst quality available for sound quality, even 99p cheapy ones beat them. Buy some Sennheiser CX300 earphones I used to have a pair of Sennheiser CX55, and they were great. They survived an unfortunate trip to the washing machine and several other accidents without losing any sound quality. Unfortunately they died last week after a good couple of years :disappointed:. I'm planning on buying Sennheiser again.
October 1, 201114 yr I detest apple earphones. Have Sony ones too. I think most people have apple earphones because they're apple not because of the quality they provide. They use them because they came with the product and they are under the misguided belief that the freebie ones are good.
October 11, 201114 yr These earphones are most likely so cheap as they are imitation, and not authentic. I've bought a few sets from eBay and the like, and even though they look almost identical, they're not authentic. Which means there can be quality issues. I found the headset mic on the imitation ones I bought wasn't compatible with my MacBook pro, but did work with my iTouch. =]
October 11, 201114 yr I have always liked Apple headphones- the exact ones you're thinking of getting came with my iPhone 4 and they were fine. The only reason I stopped using them is because I got a pair of iBeats.
October 11, 201114 yr I use my apple earphones because I have some other ear bud ones which sound better but they keep falling out of my left ear and I just get fed up and resort to using them :disappointed:
