A lot of people in their late teens and early twenties have been into Pokemon when it was popular. So who's talking about growing up? In college, Pokemon is considered old-school and cool.

But just like Coldplay, the first two generations had cool games (or albums), whereas the later generations/eras aren't interesting and are a way of selling out. I can actually see many similarities here :thinking:
