SIGH. I bet I did get the Pink Floyd one and my mom just stole it first, but I live in a really rural area so I think things take slightly longer sometimes. I always get issues like a week later. Then again, I was in B&N yesterday and only saw the Pink Floyd one on the stand.

 

And yeah about Guy, I've only met him once but heard that too. He wasn't rude to me or anything, I just said goodnight to him as he passed and he was like "UGH I've really got to go, fine fine," but came over to me anyway even though he didn't have to :lol:. The picture I have we're both making horrible faces.

Indeed it is! It's Glencoe, a stunning setting between Inverness (city at the edge of Loch Ness where I was born) and a small town called Fort William. Glencoe was the scene of a terrifying massacre of clans people in the 17th century so it's quite a haunting area.

 

But yes, Scotland home of many great people including Guy! Probably the most famous Scot that no one knows about!

Lol dude it seems you're a newby because x&y was panned by everyone. What reverse world are you living in? Must be one run by coldplayers. Viva got much better reviews than x&y. Your personal preference does not represent the worlds.

^ European media loved X&Y. American media not so much. Quite dichotomous.

one thing i always thought was interesting was how bad rolling stone went off on coldplay about X&Y (in the actual review) but for months afterwards praised the album in other articles etc..

 

but, it was the fact that a 3 star review was filled with so much negativity since 3 stars is considered a good album.

 

i think that review smelled of someone being let down after some expectations.

 

X&Y is a 4 star album by itself.

Only in the shadows of A Rush Of Blood To The Head is it a 3 star album.
