Negative things about the new album

Featured Replies

The whole album is composed by electronic drums.:(

I'm not so sure about the drums, CB definitely doesn't have electronic drums. And DLBY and UWTB also havn't got them I think.

My negative is that I can't really hear what Chris is singing:P But for the rest it's a f*cking awesome album!

the kick drum and even the snare are electronic in CB.

the drums are electronic even in DLBY, believe me.

Paradise/Princess of China.

Surprise? :P

not just those 2 songs

Princess of China

The robot voice of Chris, he can sing and not need it

Chorus of Paradise

the whole album is composed by electronic drums

The Bass guitar of Guy is Disappeared in the album

Rhianna

The effects on HLH, but that's the only thing i disliked when listening to it to the first time

When I heard reviewers compare Up In Flames to Massive Attack + James Blake, I was genuinely excited. Thought the production could somehow elevate the boring live version.

Nope, still boring.

ETiaw and Paradise, but they actually fit into the album really well. So, I guess I just don't like the album title.

Princess Of China should be replaced by an instrumental track when they will press the next copies of the album, this song is a waste of time money and people involved.

The ridiculously over the top production on ALL of the tracks. Even supposedly simple tracks like Up in Flames get ruined by fucking up Chris Martin's vocals. Disappointed because I really like the ideas of nearly all the tracks, just the production ruins them IMO

Don't Let It Break Your Heart is sounding brilliant though I'll give it that.

ETIAW and Paradise are awful to me.

UIF is boring as hell...

the interludes are all the same and are pointless imo.

instead of them, UFO could have been longer and MTM included in the album.

it is an overproduced album.

the xylophone sounds are all over, kinda gets boring throughout...

and I know this is not negative about the album itself but... we heard too much of it.

come on,man, you are not less of a fan for not liking everything... :(

since viva la vida they have used the same guitar effect almost in every song.

Auto Tuning ! :/

it's to short :D

and it could've been improved by some little changes in recording (for example less vocal effects)

And Moving to Mars should have been the album closer... :( I can't get over the song not being on the album.

While I enjoy Moving to Mars, I don't think it would have fit anywhere on the album in terms of flow.

+1

Its an avarage album at best. It sounds like theyve tried to jazz it up with the production but it hasnt worked.

Still not a fan of Paradise and Major Minus, but I do think Paradise fits on the album. Like it a lot more now.

well to me , the flow is fucked up anyway,so... :D
