TICKET COLLECTION INFORMATION

 

South West Box Office collections for See Tickets and Ticketmaster will open from 13.00 hours on concert days. Coldplay guest collections will be advised directly of collection point and times.

 

Concert day helpline number; 0207 619 5003 will be open from 10.00 hours until 23.00 hours.

I presume it means you're a guest at the stadium (visitor) and that's where you collect them from.
