One year gone already. I remember just where I was when I first heard it. Loved it immediately. And again, it brings me in the holiday spirit!

Time is passing by so fast - one year ago - that brings back memories of the boat trip and of releasing balloons.

Watching it for the first time a year ago was so much fun!

I don't believe in listening to Christmas songs until it's December so I've been pounding this today :D The camera panning to us gives me goosebumps every single time.

It's such a great Christmas song too. Up there with War is Over and AIWFCIY for me :wacky:

I'm new here, so I do apologize if there's already been a thread (or threadS) made about this song. However, I just love it SO much, I just simply HAD to make a thread of my own dedicated to this amazing song...this amazing song of which I can say, without even so much as the slightest bit of doubt is by ALL means my absolute most favourite Christmas song EVER!!

A couple of facts from me...

 

1. The first time I ever heard this song the lyrics literally made me cry;

and 2. The second time I ever heard it on the radio, I ran over so quickly to turn it up, that I tripped, fell down, and bruised my arm all up...oh but the pain was so worth it...for it was endured in order to turn up the volume of this ridiculously awesome song!! lol

Last Sunday, I took my laptop with me to the living room, and went on Youtube and played Christmas Lights over and over again while my parents & I were decorating the Christmas tree :lol:

Yes, I listened to it on repeat as I put up the tree this year, too. :) Because I've been having problems with my iPod, I had to reset it about a month ago, but just since it's been reset, I've managed to get the playcount of this song up to 224! :D I think I'm obsessed. :freak:

And this is a song I love to listen to all year long...not just at Christmastime. :smug2:
