About Mylo Xyloto:

The graffiti motif of Coldplay's fifth album, Mylo Xyloto, was partly inspired by the band's attempts to paint their own studio in London. "What we really responded to about street art was the freedom of expression," said Chris Martin, "people turning ugly things into something beautiful". The cover was designed by the Tappin Gofton studio, which previously worked on Coldplay's X&Y cover.

An exhibition featuring the Top 50 album sleeves will be seen in the UK, Europe and Australia in 2012.

The Vaccines's album work was nice too ...

El Camino by the Black keys is worth mentioning , no ?

and the special edition of Velociraptor (Kasabian) was way better then the 'real' one..

also , if you have it on cd , the 'black' is terrible , I may sound a nerd here , but it's sot black , it grey :/

Kasabian's front cover was average, like their album which was yet more of the same drudgery which wets the pants of the one brain cell cretins that are the NME reviewers....and NME readers.
