it will be soon, from the previews, I think this album will flow really well between songs!

the album is going to be more made for mainstream

people will be disappointed, but it still will be good

Agreed. I think the new album will also gain them a lot of new fans, even if they lose a couple of old ones..

they want to reach out to a wider amount of fans

Matt's shiny silver guitar is AWESOME - just as impressive as his sparkly red one!

I generally don't like the look of eyeliner on guys either, but in this case I love it, it makes him look sexy (though there are a couple of pics where he has maybe a little TOO much :P)... plus it emphasises the blue of his eyes! *sighs*

 

Oh and I don't think I've ever seen pictures of Bono without his glasses on... :P
