The setlist is so short because Big Day Out is a music festival.

I'm pretty sure Muse play for around 1 hour 50 minutes at their normal shows. :)

But I saw them in quite a little venue in November, and it lasted 1h30, it was awesome but a bit short! But I guess they'll play more songs in big stadiums :nice:

just downloaded it off muselive and wow it is impressive. its as close as you can get to a professional recording without it being professional.

I've downloaded downloaded the Milan show from 2006 and the Birmingham one from last year, they're both pretty good, particularly the Birmingham one.

1h30 is a normal length for a concert...maybe not for bands like U2, Coldplay and Muse though

actually you will find that most bands with 5 or more albums (like muse) do at the very least a 2hr show. then you have the likes of pearl jam and U2 who push it to 2h30 to 3hrs.

 

i'm sure muse will lengthen their shows once they start hitting the stadiums later this year.

Their Paris show in November was the first one for me. It was an awesome gig. I didn't think it was short but i wish it would last longer though as i love them a lot.

And of course I'd take one of those, thank god they had fans presale. It was tons easier than with my coldplay ticket.
