They are hair extentions indeed. I'm not allowed to have the colours for work unfortunately, so I have to take them out every weekend and then put them in for the rest of the week. This weekend though I have off to attend The Great Escape festival so I get to put them in and leave them in for a bit.

I started band in the 6th grade, so I've been playing it for about 10 years now. Horn and piano are the ones I've spent the most time on. I have a pretty good handle on any brass instrument; I marched baritone throughout high school, and I own a cornet (same thing as trumpet, basically) and trombone, both of which I play proficiently. Trombone is a bit of a challenge, given it uses a slide instead of valves, but it's OK. I also own a flute, clarinet, and saxophone. I love playing the flute, surprisingly enough. I've owned mine for a little over a year, and I think I do really well for a brass player. The same goes for clarinet. The saxophone is the newest addition to my collection; I got it this past Christmas. I'm still not very good at that one yet, but I'm getting better. It helps that one of my best friends is a saxophone major. I own a guitar, too, but I can't really play it. I haven't spent enough time with it. I can also play harmonica and recorder.

I feel like I tend to sound that way a bit when I talk about my musical abilities. :disappointed: Actually, in general, I don't really care to talk about myself that much because other people are so much more interesting than I am.
