I'll probably end up going sometime or another to Jersey. :P Yeah that is kind of surprising. I envision Jersey as very city-like with lots of concrete, buildings, and skyscrapers. I grew up in the suburbs. No such greenery nearby. :\ The most I see are trees in front of people's houses in residential neighborhoods. LOL!

Oh and I'm not going to do it soon- not only do I have a bunch of projects and homework and tests and whatnot, I also am suffering horribly from allergies. I sound like a guy. :wreck:

Speaking of which, I've recorded my voice post. I'll upload it tomorrow. I'd do it now, but my Internet is slow, and it's late, and I have a final that I should have studied for, but haven't because I'm a horrible procrastinator. :3

Okay, so I recorded a random conversation I had with a couple of friends today, so I'll probably just upload that, unless if you want, I can record just myself speaking but it will have to be tomorrow when I record that.

Awww...love actually hearing you guys! Your voice sounds cool, Natt, especially to someone from across the pond. Violet, your accent's pretty subtle. I have a classmate from Texas who has a much more emphasized accent.

 

I'll record one soon. It'll probably be a webcam recording because I'm fully used to recording embarrassing stuff on webcam by this point.

I don't know if you guys realize exactly how much you've made my life right now as I'm reading these. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! :cheesy:

 

First, I am über glad my accent is only, as you guys say, "subtle." As I mentioned earlier in this conversation, I've worked really hard over the course of my life to ensure that I didn't sound so southern that I sounded ignorant or uneducated. From what you guys are saying, I sound Texan enough to be classified as Texan, but tastefully so. I've reached a goal. YAY. :wacky:

 

I'm more happy about the compliments on my horn playing. I listened to my recording earlier. God, I sounded so nervous. :lol: It pleases me to know I've made people so pleased with it. In fact, I feel inspired. If I had a webcam, I would totally post covers on YouTube like I know a few other people in the WoM do. I wouldn't even just limit myself to horn. I'd play several other things, too, like piano and flute and all sorts of things. OMG I CAN'T EVEN. :dead:

Nah, Mystery Bat is just Mystery Bat I guess. Flat mascot and now house mascot. I'm wondering what will happen when I move out in a few weeks-- I guess he will remain here for the new person coming into the household considering I'm the only one moving :\
