Well I don't know If you, the Europeans , use that term but it's like the old Europe, the one that was on the Russian side (from the Berlin Wall)

oriental = east

occidental = west

THERE'S A "TOWN" "VILLAS LAS ESTRELLAS" THAT IS PART OF THE CHILEAN GOVERMENT, AND IT HAS A SCHOOL, A POSTOFFICE AND ALL THAT (WELL NO POLICE, NO FIRESTATION, BUT WHATEVER) AND YOU CAN LIVE THERE IF YOU ARE A MILITAR, A SCIENTIST OR YOU ARE DOUING SOMETHING RELATED WITH THE ANTARTICA (AND INVESTIGATOR MAYBE)
