April 20, 201214 yr Be sure to get enough sleep every night--well-rested people tend to eat less than those who have poor sleeping habits. Good luck, Brent! :)
April 20, 201214 yr Author I know! *holds head in shame* How much weight are you trying to lose? Well I don't really know. I just seem fatter. Like here's a picture of me now: And here's a picture of me like two years ago: *ignore my friend Lauren* I like the two-years-ago one better  And I have time between now and like August to get un-fat so I'm here now  omg why did I let my hair get so long back then?
April 20, 201214 yr I think you're body just changes as you get older? I've been trying to get into shape too (like always) and argh.. I've been working out since Feb and I still see no changes. In fact, I feel like I gained more weight instead of losing. You need to drink a lot of water though, no cokes, no juices, no cookies, no pasta, etc. :/

April 20, 201214 yr Author I have pretty muscly arms so I'm not really trying to gain muscle. I was thinking about walking on an incline on the treadmill. I already do a ton of walking around campus so I could consider walking but with somehow more intensity

April 20, 201214 yr Green tea will help you in your diet. Apparently it helps those concerned that they are overweight as it increases the rate of fat breakdown or something like that. Plus it's uber healthy. Great for your skin, flushes out any toxins in your body because of the extremely high level of antioxidants in it. It's a super uber healthy drink. Good luck!
April 21, 201214 yr You didn't look homeless when your hair was long :disappointed: I actually think it looks better like that. But what do I know. :|
