I've realized over the years that I have a thing for gingers... although that's not really obscure. If that's not politically correct, then redheads. You know what I mean.

I'll have to do a little more thinking about whether there's something "obscure" that subconsciously appreciate.

Beards, facial hear, glasses. Glasses is obscure, right? Unless seen as 'oh that guy looks smart', but that's so shallow, I don't know, what was I saying?

When i was a kid I used to fancy all the clever kids. First I went after the cleverest girl but she wasn't interested. Then I went for the second cleverest girl but she wasn't interested. The second was an African girl who I attempted to woo by stealing my Mum's engagement ring and giving it to her at primary school. She didn't take it.

It depends on the light and on the lenght of the hair, when he used to have long hair they were proper ginger, but now they look more brown-ish

I don't think so, but girls are starting to dye their hair ginger
