All the other incidents probably weren't reported... that's the thing. Mainly just speculating here but if it was reported the mods can't really ignore it considering all those past warnings (even if imo it was very tame compared to things that have been said here before)

That doesn't make insults okay, insults are still against the forum rules.

 

He got 5 warnings over the last 3 years, if I understood correctly, so he's really only got himself to blame for being banned.

 

It's sad that he got banned, he was an important member, but there's no point in trying to figure out everything. He broke the rules too many times, it doesn't get much more simple.

My point is people are jerks to each other literally all the time here. I'm just curious if they're cracking down on that? Half the forum would be banned if we got warnings for that.
