i am, i downloaded the true love video just to put it in my folder, watched once on my pc, done with it, never gonna watch it again, same with POC, Paradise and some other videos

 

the only bad video i would watch every day of my life is The Hardest Part cause its hilarious

I think there is a bit of irony behind the True Love video. Most "artists" these days literally need to hire a van load of pornstars to get a successful music video. Coldplay, with True Love, have basically gone "haha, we don't need a good video because people actually want to listen to our music and not jack off to our videos..." And have done the opposite the most mainstream artists (*cough Miley, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry) and stuck two people (including the lead singer) in fat suits.

Yeah I think their videos are very different from others. The Scientist is so clever, and so is Strawberry Swing, Every Teardrop, like the amount of time and effort that go into these are insane. IMO Midnight is their best and my favourite I also really enjoy the Speed of Sound video, great happy song with a really cool video.

True Love video is lovely. Not an epic music video, just simple and lovely, with a great message.

Personally, I prefer the videos that tell a story, not just showing the band playing. There are some great stories and some not so, but the idea is still good.

Yes True Love is so beautiful. I find all CP's videos always have so much meaning & wisdom invested in the production.

CP are not self-indulgent in their clips at all. They always choose to inspire and I admire them for that. I think they should be praised for their egoless videos. They are true artists who shine with a lot of light.

With the announcement of Live 2014, and the music videos, I think the official video of Ink will be the Live at Royal Albert Hall, as the music video of Lost!

I do realise my new comment appears to contradict my previous post......but like I said, I do appreciate True Love for it's own beauty and uniqueness. It's just that I personally tend to listen to it a lot less than other tracks...
