GWYNETH PALTROW has begged her rocker husband CHRIS MARTIN not to take 2004 off - because music means too much to him.

 

The COLDPLAY singer recently revealed he plans to rest the group for a year because he's convinced people will soon be "fed up" with the GRAMMY-winners.

 

But Gwyneth - who married Chris in secret last month, and is expecting the couple's first child later this year - is trying to convince him not to stop working.

 

A friend of the actress reveals, "Gwyn knows that she and their baby are really the reason he wants to take a break.

 

"Chris absolutely dotes on her, especially now she's pregnant. But she knows what his music means to him - it's his life.

 

"Gwyneth told him he shouldn't give it up even temporarily because there's plenty of time for them to be together now she's cut filming commitments."

 

 

 

See, that's why I really don't think Gwyneth is the next Yoko

I do think the boys need a break though... But they better release a new album in the end of the year or... uhh... or my life will probably get kinda boring. lol

A break would be good, it'd allow Chris to grow, with the baby coming and all... And I guess the other members of the band too. That'd help the new album. And it's the only right thing Chris'd do

How long? I don't know... And I didn't know you could set a time frame for a parent to bond with his / her kid ??? :lol: I think arbitrating a set time for that is ridiculous.

Chris'll know when it's enough though, he'll start itching to get back to music more than he yearns to be with Gwyn or the baby :D No worries that it won't happen, I have a feeling that Chris can't be separated from his music for too long
