Predict the Coldplay 2016 Live Setlist

i think its really fun to make predictions like this to see how close my guess is to reality. so allow me to start

 

*Kaleidoscope plays

*walk on to Colour Spectrum

 

MAIN STAGE:

1. A Head Full of Dreams (obvious intro)

2. Army of One [nice easy song that will allow chris to bounce around and greet people (the new in my place)]

3. Yellow (get two big hits in early)

4. Paradise

5. Hymn for the Weekend (injection of energy. at this point u realize u r properly submerged into this show)

6. Magic (decompress from previous song / great sing along)

7. Everglow (a chance for some to sit / soak in the beautiful vocals)

8. Clocks (two more big hits to wrap up the first portion)

9. Every Teardrop is a Waterfall

 

C-STAGE:

10. The Scientist (an intimate moment)

11. Strawberry Swing (acoustic)

12. God Put a Smile upon Your Face (piano version / the next live interpretation of GPASUYF)

 

MAIN STAGE:

13. Birds (really don't know where to put this but its too good for them to not play it)

14. Viva la Vida (next three songs are the climax of the show)

15. Adventure of a Lifetime

I'll make one tomorrow but I really want them to play more from Ghost Stories than they are playing right now at these promo shows. They didn't do a real Ghost Stories tour (what a shame!) and I'd be sad to miss those songs. There's no chance I'll ever see O live, but I can always hope.

Sadly I think no Politk (my favorite from them),they have too much pop songs right now to fill the setlist :bigcry: . I think there is very little room for their rockier phase. They are too popular with the catchy pop songs right now. So I will be very surprised if they play songs like Violet Hill, Politk, Talk, Square One etc..

3. Yellow (I would love to have a live 2012 version)

4. Paradise (an energetic famous song like the previews ones)

6. Birds (this one is too good to be left out)

8. The Scientist (low tempo at the main stage)

9. Hymn for the Weekend (closing the first set of songs at the main stage)

 

2nd STAGE

10. Us Against the World/Amsterdam

11. Warning Sign/Talk/42 (some of this, for God's sake!!)
