In order to enter the giveaways, every Coldplayer needs to submit their best Coldplay poems & artworks, which it needs to be related to your Coldplay experience. The poem and artwork should be relevant, fun and entertaining. THE FORMAT We are giving you a chance to make as creative as possible! The poems and artworks can be written like song lyrics, but they need to be reflecting to your Coldplay experience such as live concerts, meeting the band or even being a Coldplay fan for the first time! You can only submit one entry per week. You have THREE chances to enter the giveaways. The poem & artwork can only be submitted on the forums, which means we are NOT going to take counts on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). If your friends want join this giveaway, please ask them to register their account on the forums first. Note: Every winner can't enter the Giveaways again because we want to let other Coldplayers to participate as well! The deadlines for entering the giveaways: Monday, 29th February at 11.59pm GMT - (Poem) Monday, 14th March at 11.59pm GMT - (Artwork) Monday, 28th March at 11.59pm GMT - (Poem) The winners will be announced on Friday and keep in mind that there is only ONE WINNER for every entry. Just for that moment, it couldn’t be true. The air is going cold, feel a trickle of sweat, Laughing at myself, must be crazy in the head; Say hello for the first time, to who seemed to me an old friend. Then in the distance, through that door, I see you, And you see me, but you looked right through, And as you turned away, I’m just stuck to the floor. When something went snap and I broke loose, I could run a mile, but it is no use. You’re almost gone, into that window of your world. Just before you disappear, you turn around, And I see you once again, through the crowd. But then you’re gone, and all that’s left: A Head Full of Dreams. That's all folks! Many of my emotional connections to particular Coldplay songs still go back to this time. Brothers Rises every morning in bleeding red Bus wheels the harbinger of that clean white place Fear brings forth despair Despair a fertile soil to hatred And I know I am on my way To become less human day by day Try hard to hold on to something Anything Crushed beauty in life, dissolved hope through the years When all you need is a breaking voice to break down your tears You say, I'm gonna buy this place and burn it down My hatred physically departs from me And I leave it six feet underground I'd tell anyone who'd listen but I feel ignored So in a distorted guitar line my fears away I store Invariable curves of a distant town Slow down, please Just slow down Give me strength, reserve, control Every beat of yours, restore my soul I walk, a stranger in a street of grey Men fall upon men like birds of prey You ask, is there anybody out there who Is lost and hurt and lonely too And then it hits me in the center of my face Not everything you lose can't be replaced Not everything you do just comes undone For every piece of life you give, you save another one You say for every step you take That it could bend or it could break And I softly whisper, but what if What if it could heal or it could save I enter the sterility of white To the dying soul a ready home You say, I like a quiet time, please And I can but agree Blessed the dead, who are no longer alone Or have to carry the world on their own And all of a sudden I think I see A force incredibly light Gravity no longer pulling on me An invisible spectrum of colours Maps out our tiny lives towards infinity In a world I saw in black and white And I realize That in a moment long forgone My brothers must have left a light, A light on 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Got really busy for the past few days and finally I have got a chance to check this site again today. So I made a few changes for this event. As you can notice on my first post, I changed from four to three chances and the deadline will be every 2 weeks.
