It shows up under purchases on my Tidal account, but when I click on "download album" it takes me to a "recent purchases" page where there is nothing to download. I emailed Tidal twice and received no response. I just opened a dispute through Paypal. It is DRmare Tidal Music Converter, which aimes to convert Tidal music files to common audio formats with high quality. And you can customize the audio parameters and the ID3 tags as you like.
