It helps :D i drank lots of water today :P i walked to school in the morning...home from school at lunch....back up to school after lunch...then came home after school. my usual walk in the day :P but i live a street down so its not that much :lol: im going to go on a walk tomorrow maybe....it's a little nicer out! p.s. it actually says those tips (drink at least 6-8 glasses of water, and keep active) on the kotex wrappers!

March 22, 200521 yr i'm sad...because i was training for track and field today afterschool. and we had this heavy ball, called a medicine ball and we were tossing it overhead because we were told to. but these balls are HEAVY so you can't throw them very far. so this girl threw it to me and i caught it weirdly and my finger popped or snapped or something, but it made a strange sound. and now it hurts when i poke it or bend it to a certain side. i don't think it's broken though. someone just told me that they think it could be dislocated. my dad says that i need to go to the hospital to get x-rays because he says that the doctors can't do anything if they can't see it. fuck. thank god i don't have that much homework to do...
March 23, 200521 yr update: i just sprained my finger after going to get x-rays. always take percautions :P
