April 7, 201115 yr thanks. Acutally I just started posting here again after a six year hiatus. It seems almost everyone from the crew I remember is gone, but no worries, I like new people too. Got a hair-cut today; first time in a year. My stylist took off 4-5 inches. ahh now I see. Good to see you back then. Yes, my last pair broke. And my prescription has changed since I first got them four years ago. Time for something new. I like the thick plastic frames, and I'm sure I'll be labeled a hipster when i get them. I find it strange that something as mundane as a pair of glasses can greatly affect first impressions.

I got mine on the net for 18€ just because I wanted something new (the ones before were a bit smaller....)...I didn't even try them before I got them haha. I took that risk since they were that cheap and my prescription hasn't changed in some years now. You're so right about how it affects the first impressions. Though I think sometimes you can tell if someone is wearing those glasses because they want to be a hipster or because they really like them....kinda interesting...seems to depend on their clichéd hipster style...but most people doN't know about that anyway and that's why they call you a hipster...yeah

I'm weary about getting glasses online, but I really want a pair of these or in black And true, I have a pretty good Hipster-radar, and I think we'd be safe with the glasses; its not like we're getting them tattooed on our faces

I could have uploaded a pic on the site where I bought them, but that didn't work anyways since it will never look like it looks in reality. All I knew was that those kind of glasses usually suit me. Well, after I ordered them I noticed that it was a chinese website and then I checked some reviews about the site on the net and most of them were negative....people were saying hey paid their glasses and in they were never delivered....I was really lucky
