and second... no actually it's not common, but the place I work at is kind of odd, my 2 bosses have always worn black at all times, my collegue on the far right usually wears black as well, and the collegue that was getting married also usually wears black. we already knew we'd be the odd ones out at that wedding ( long story) so we decided we might as well go with that and all wear black. FYI the theme was black with a touch of red...
