Professor Peedston Posted June 1, 2004 Share Posted June 1, 2004 This happens to me all the time: I'm cooking something for dinner, then I flip on the TV to keep me occupied while I wait, then half an hour later smoke starts billowing out of the kitchen and I run out and find that my lasagna or hamburgers or barbecued chicken or whatever it may be is burnt to a crisp. :rolleyes: Another thing that happens constantly is I go downstairs or upstairs to get something, and because my bedroom is on the third floor of an old rowhome, by the time I get there I've completely forgotten what it was that I wanted, then I have to go back up or down to try and remind myself of it. I always used to go take a piece of meat from the fridge and give her it, and stroke her for ages afterwards.
