I don't think it was a true story, no.

 

I thought it was a pretty average movie. I can see how people would really like it, but the movie didn't really capture my imagination. I though Samuel Jackson was kind of boring. But the concept was interesting.

 

I guess I just wish that Shalaman went more comic book with it and less eery/surreal.
