I think of it as a series like Beverly Hills 90210 but 10 years later. I loved 90210 so this is a good alternate.

But The OC is way more witty and in my mind a little more realistic than Beverly Hills. Like remember that episode in the first season where Brian's friend was playing with a shotgun and killed himself?? I don't think that story line is realistic, I'm sure it has happened but I've never heard of anything like that to happen in real life :confused:

Plus, I think the characters in the OC are waaay more interesting that the characters in 90210. I mean, come on! Seth Cohen is waaay to interesting to not love him to death! LOL! Oh, and Sandy Cohen? Seth and Sandy are the funniest! The thing that bothers me most about the show is some of the actors coughRYAN&MARISSAcough are awful. Both are really good looking but can't act at all. They should have a series called the SETH/SUMMER/ANNA show.
