I'm 15 myself and I realised this under my more ruder guise that I once used. I told you people reveal their true colours after a while, didn't I? These sort of comments - they are okay, once in a while, but not all the time and everywhere and especially those damned smilies, at least put them in a spoiler, I hate them and other people do too. I'm not afraid to cause controversy, and I'm not afraid to offend. I don't hold anything against anyone specifically unless they've done something wrong and acted without any regard or thought whatsoever. But this has got to be talked about for once, because I've had enough of the "if you don't like it don't come into this thread". This thread NEVER had that talk in it before on such a large and intense scale. Never. Not since I was here, and I've been here longer than most of you. So it doesn't make sense that since these new people post more frequently here that it can be deemed as acceptable by them and anyone else who disagrees can get stuffed.

I told myself I was never going to post here again, for personal reasons, but I really can't help this. And I was going to just stay quiet since it looked like everything was being reolved, but now that Emma brought the issue up again, I feel I have to state my opinion. I don't really care if I'm yelled at by some of you, because some of you were being complete bitches to people who were just trying to state their opinions.

Honestly... I originally wasn't going to take sides, but NO ONE needs to hear this on a forum like Coldplaying. I completely understand the pervy comments towards Chris, and I'm definitely not a prude or anything- trust me, I've posted my fair share of pervy comments in this thread in the past :P. But sometimes, people go to far, like you guys were. I agree with the people earlier who said it's disturbing to come here and look at the pictures of Chris when all you see are comments about how much people want to lick him all over and stuff. It's completely disrespectful to him... a pervy comment once in a while is fine, but posting something disturbing with every picture of Chris is going a little too far. If you absolutely insist on posting those comments, no one can stop you, except maybe Ian. But please, for the courtesy of other people on the forum who find it disturbing, at least put your comments in spoilers. I think that's all some people were asking for, but some of you just went ahead and mocked them and called them bitches, which wasn't very nice at all.

 

I don't want to make any enemies, and I want to restate that I'm not against loving Chris and how sexy he is, but sometimes some people (and I'm not talking about all of you, only one or two of you) can go a little too far, especially with the stalkerish stuff. :sick:

 

Posting all this was kind of unnecessary, but I had to get it off my chest. I'm not trying to be a bitch, I'm just trying to give other people the respect they deserve. :hug:

 

The problem is, people don't realise it's just as degrading to THEMSELVES as it is to him. I'm not being all justice-y and doing this because of my feelings for the man, but I get highly concerned when girls degrade themselves. I don't like it, I can't stand it. It's only hurting yourself.

 

And yeah, that comment by iluvcoldplay was way too damn far for any sort of standards Coldplaying has. Especially in large text and out in the open. I simply DO NOT WANT to know that, ok? Even if it's half true. Because that's really crossing the line.

 

If there is some change from this, I will be most pleasantly surprised, but honestly from what I've seen you guys don't give a shit about anyone else reading apart from you and your group and will probably AGAIN try to make it seem like a small issue with things like "it's just for fun" and "we're not being serious". If it is, strange kind of fun.

i am in agreement with u guys on this too. i came in late here and by the time i read all the comments..the issue was 'dropped down'. but since these disrespectful comments about doing 'whatever u like' in this forum which are totally selfish and unreasonable keeps on appearing, i feel that i too, should state where i stand.

 

there were some who said others are acting like school kids when u are the one dissing people like nobody's business and try to come out with all kinds of sarcasm. while u think it is funny, other people think those are of pure stupidity and immature attitude.

 

plus, the rudeness some of u portrayed are just annoying for people who come here to enjoy this thread. maybe u are the one who should open your own forum and do 'whatever u like' over there..this is a public place and every single person's opinion should be taken into consideration. if someone is feeling uncomfortable, then others should take note and try to find the best resolution. stop being so immature and start to think about other people around here because, believe it or not, this forum is not yours.
