I just checked Tumblr, so KNEW Ceren would have posted in here! LOL..

 

I didn't actually DO the wallpaper, I got sidetracked (My hubby says he's going to have that put on my tombstone! LOL).. but I got drawing instead..

 

I have been using a tablet for the first time. It takes some getting used to, and I have never actually drawn by hand on one before.. so bear with me, this is just a start.. I am not 100% happy with it, but what do you think..

 

 

I am not sure it's very Chrissy that's all.. I've messed about with it so much now though that I have to stop.. I'll try another one another day..

I like that drawing, Comicforce. Hell of a lot better than anything I could ever hope to come up with. I think it looks fine :).

I thought it was British. Dunno. But hey, I've got a copy of the article from that magazine-we just need to hook up our printer/scanner, but when we do, anyone who wants, I can scan the article and picture for them if they want.

No not an ipad, a normal laptop with a graphics tablet and pen.. I think I might get addicted.. LOL.. I've always used just a mouse before.. but the pen gives you more control, once you get use to the idea anyway.

But I know how you feel if it helps.. My Dad is a piano teacher.. and I can't play the piano :embarrassed: :escaping2: But everyone is different, all my creativity comes out in my art.. music is lovely to listen to, but I can't make it.

Yeah, same here with the "didn't inherit" thing-my dad was a math whiz who could do problems in his head in, like, 5 seconds.

 

Me? I'm still tryiing to make sure I got the names of the people in the math problem I'm trying to solve right before I write out every last part of the problem on paper :p.

 

I'd love to play an instrument, too-I'd love to learn guitar or piano or violin. But just for fun, I wouldn't be good enough to make a career out of it. I like to draw, but there's people much better at it than me, like Comicforce. I don't know who all here knows about a cartoon from the late '80s/early '90s, "Beetlejuice" (based (loosely) off the movie), but I could always draw Lydia from that cartoon fairly well. My skills are more in writing stories and such.

Oh, definitely. Practice does make perfect. Someday when I have the money to afford an instrument I'll give it a shot, just for the hell of it :).

 

Haha, looking back at that gif of Chris playing piano, it looked like he was playing along with a song that was just on TV :p.

Oh well.. I certainly don't mind giving it a go.. If I get time I'll see what I can come up with tomorrow.. any particular photo you like that I can copy from? Or shall I just go with whatever Jonny I happen to have in my erm... files :D
