My best friend sent me an e-mail today: "Iva, our friend Eva is pregnant!"

But she's only 17 years old...damn!

Her boyfriend is really shocked and her parents?....You can't imagine it

Pregnant at 17? :o :o

And she already has decided what she's gonna do?

She can't take a contraceptive pill, 'cos she has some health problems and her boyfriend probably didn't have a condom :(

.....and that's why people need to learn more about SAFE SEX.

I feel sorry for your friend, though, to fall pregnant at 17 :/

Thanks, she wants to have this baby, 'cos her boyfriend earns a lot of money...but she should STUDY!

I don't wanna judge anyone, but money isn't just the subject about having a baby.

Is your friend really sure about having the baby? She has to think that maybe she has to stop keep studying, and going out at night, and travelling... :/

She really SHOULD think deeply about it if she's still in time...

How many weeks she's pregnant?

Just one week?? And she has already found out she's pregnant? Woow!!

Well, she still has about 3 months to think about... :/

Yeah, I understand you... I really wish everything will be ok with her, whatever she decides.

I'm sure you'll support her a lot :smug:

I hope she does well. One of my best friends got pregnet at 19. I was concernd at first, but it appears she has embraced it well. In fact it is was she needed. She is now loved in a unconditinal way its great.

I hope everything will work out for her :)

my friend had a baby last year (she was 16 nearly 17) and she still thinks it's the best thing that's happened to her even though it was unexpected and inconvenient but she says it was one of the scariest experiences but she's never loved anything more so I hope your friend will be ok and happy :)

Ohhhhhh, good luck to her. :stunned: :)

Ohhhhhh, good luck to her. :stunned: :)

Ive had 2 pregnancy scares before, and it's scary, probably 10 times scarier for the female.

I know a couple girls from school that have missed this year to have their baby. People talk about it so casually, but when you stop to think about it, its insane, like really crazy.

One of my good friends has a son. She had him when she was 17. She made the decision to have it and she's doing fine. She's back in highschool, hopefully graduating this year and wants to go to university. She's really determined and i'm really proud of her.

If your friend thinks that having this baby is what she really wants, then all the best of luck to her.
