I try the patches now and again and end up having really vivid dreams. Nightmares/

I once had a dream that we had a Semptember 11th in Manchester. When in my dream I was watching the news. I was going though the news channels and I SEEN BREAKING NEWS PLANE CRASH in Manchester. I got up out of my bed in the dream and went outside and seen Manchester City center up in smoke. When I did get up it was on the same news channel. It took me about half hour to relasie I was dreaming.

 

I also know someone who had similar side effects they called the Police as they thought someone had been stabed tell ur fiancee not to fall assleep with them on as this may happen.

a bit better, thanks Kirk. went to bed early, had a quite long night of crying. that kinda helped.
