Featured Replies

he's hot!!!!! :o :o :o

why do people get amazed with high grades?

I got 68 from 70

I got a friend who got a 57 and he's a lot smarter than me

I know peopel who get like 65, 67 and they know nothing at all

Grades are very subjective and a nearly useless way of measuring ...... measuring what? Knowledge...... tell that to someone else please

Good Work Jeff, but you aren't the first one, neither the last oen in getting them!

Get something of your own, and not so priceless and useless! :)

yea, but people need good grades in order to succeed in life...to get into a good school to get a good job...

'to succeed' is a subjective term methinks

Grades dont mean anything, its what you learn and take away from it.

i think we've established that 10 times over

thanks

Yes! 100% in health class! Woopee!!

Ahh the good old days. When all you had to worry about is passing health. :idea2:

congrats Jeff Gordon. Those are some pretty outstanding grades. :)

No Gordy, its not that I find school hard, its just that I never work, at all, I mean literally.

Ive attended 6% of my classes according to my last report, all year. So out of 24 double classes I attend what, 4 classes a week? That makes sense I usually go to English. But even in English, I do absolutely no work.

Both my politics and music teachers thought I had dropped out and were shocked to see my name on the test list. I do no revision, hell, I dont usually have any sheets or notes to even revise from. Even through the thick of my tests (Last week) I spent the evenings and even the mornings before the test begins just doing nothing, like on here.

English is the subject I put most of my work into, and I've completed and handed up 2 of the 34 essays I should've had completed, most people have about 28 or 30 and our teacher still aint so happy with them. She went crazy at me for a while and then she just kinda gave up. Also, we should've read 4 books for our coursework and 3 tests as well as annotating every page of each book (Rough stuff probably) and I've read 16 chapters out of 52 for one book, and I didnt even look at the other 3 until the open book examination had started.

Still, I should come out pretty good. The last time I revised for anything was 4 years ago, Maths Key Stage 3, that was crazy.

you kick ass Jeff!!!! go you!!! :) congrats!!! :D :juggle:

:) :) hey thanx :) :)

and for those other people that think they have to explain y grades rnt important, thank you too....althought I do disagree with you...when ur in school, that is the time to c how far you can push urself and what u can achieve by hard work...not saying that it will 100% affect u in life but it does give u an idea...u c I'm an extremely competitive person, especially with myself...if I do something, I have to get it rite as with me there is no room for failure...also when u get out of school, u will be competing with others out there in the world, whether it be job wise or whatever.......am I way out thre on this one???...let me know
