should I even bother going to bed? I'm not really tired. But I'll be miserable all day tomorrow if I don't... on the other hand, I'll be miserable anyway because no matter what happens I'm getting less than 3 hours of sleep.

Just in case you're interested, I decided to split the difference and get about an hour and a half of sleep. :P

 

And now I'm off to the beach.

I do that all the time. 3 hours of sleep, its great!

For long periods of time I go for about 2 or 3 hours, its alright.

As long as I get an even four, I'm alright. I think if I only had a couples of hours, I'd just stay awake. It takes me a long time to go to sleep anyways. :(

Well, as a long-time sufferer of anxiety-related insomnia, I've gone for days getting only three or four hours of sleep total. But I while I seem to be mostly over that problem recently (the past year or so), now I find that I can barely function on less than 4 or 5 hours of sleep. :rolleyes:

 

But I did ok today. I'm exhausted now, though.

for those who speak to me on msn, will know i sleep very little..sometimes i don't even go to sleep..I usually get 3 hours sleep or something :/ usually on the settee. I can function well on small sleeping hours too..I go for bike rides etc..haha

i have some friends like you. they sleep two or three hours per day and then, they get fine!!!! :stunned:

Less than 7 hours and I'm dead

I have problems because I love staying up late but I hate sleeping in because it feels like I'm wasting my day...so I never get much sleep. :(

Same for me, if I wake up later than 10.30 am on weekends I feel like losing time... :/

yeah...i hate wasting time..i like Doing things...i hate the thought of sleep, or if sometimes i do sleep for a while, i feel like i've lost time which i'm never getting back...even if it was just to sit and think.

sleep time is never wasted time. :P :lol:

 

it's just that i get so tired sometimes from working, that i gotta rest. :confused:

sometimes i wish i were an early bird. :cool: i probably would get more stuff done. :)
