Well, as a long-time sufferer of anxiety-related insomnia, I've gone for days getting only three or four hours of sleep total. But I while I seem to be mostly over that problem recently (the past year or so), now I find that I can barely function on less than 4 or 5 hours of sleep. :rolleyes:

 

But I did ok today. I'm exhausted now, though.

for those who speak to me on msn, will know i sleep very little..sometimes i don't even go to sleep..I usually get 3 hours sleep or something :/ usually on the settee. I can function well on small sleeping hours too..I go for bike rides etc..haha

yeah...i hate wasting time..i like Doing things...i hate the thought of sleep, or if sometimes i do sleep for a while, i feel like i've lost time which i'm never getting back...even if it was just to sit and think.

sleep time is never wasted time. :P :lol:

 

it's just that i get so tired sometimes from working, that i gotta rest. :confused:

sometimes i wish i were an early bird. :cool: i probably would get more stuff done. :)
