I just saw that on Twitter and I'm not liking it to be honest. I don't mind a little swearing in a live context but one thing I always liked about Coldplay is that their entire studio discography is clean and family-friendly.

I think it's about the eponymous poem by Iranian poet Saadi, which is quoted on the poster

If A L I E N S was reworked from there, I'm sure Arabesque will be too ! Maybe some other track as well.

I have made bad experiences on Reddit in general. r/Coldplay is overall quite okay, but other subreddits....ugh, don't even get me started.

Why not the other way round ? If the track names of the snippets are real, Arabesque (from Sunrise) sounded way darker to me than Orphans (from Sunset). And somehow I can't see them closing the album with the darker half.

Now THAT is not a surprise :rolleyes:

I think we also don't quite understand if the date has something to do with the solar eclipse yet, or if the symbols are connected to it. So far all we heard officially is something about sunrise and sunset.

I think the same. Two songs, but also official announcements and start of pre-sale. Sometimes I do keep wondering though, if we get Orphans and Arabesque tomorrow, what happened with that CHris and Guy acoustic studio duet of Trouble in Town ? Or the performance in the Amman citadel (UNLESS that is the music video we're getting tomorrow) ?
