  1. Two worthy finalists. Don't quote me on this... but I'm going to say these two songs are Coldplay's best work. It's very hard to separate them, but I'm going to vote Politik. AROBTTH is a lyrical masterpiece with its jingoistic and militaristic lyrics. I love the way it starts out slow and quiet, then builds to an epic crescendo with Jonny's guitar snarling and spitting. AROBTTH has a certain venom to it that Politik (The studio version anyway) doesn't have.
  2. Don't be too harsh on The Blue Room, It's got the ambient, haunting version of Don't Panic and See You Soon! I vote Safety
  3. Billie Joe Armstrong
  4. You wouldn't call Politik, AROBTTH and Violet Hill dark songs?
  5. Parachutes: Spies, Trouble AROBTTH: AROBTTH, Politik X&Y: Twisted Logic VLVODAAH: Cemeteries of London, Violet Hill MX: Major Minus GS: Midnight, AYF
