Same here. I can only hear him just whisper-mumble something through the mic at that point we're talking about after he says "O". I do have a feeling he's secretly saying "Oceans" though, and the intonation as you said highly suggests it. I could only just catch it a teeeeeny bit that one time where I was trying to listen realllyyyy closely though... it's one of those things where it is in the song, but you need very keen hearing and to be listening really closely to be able to hear it. I honestly am not sure how @theprospekt picked it up randomly though... through the studio version. Hats off to him for being able to do that! :D

I do like True Love... it is cheesy though as you mentioned. Chris sure put a lot of emotion into it though as @AMDB9 mentioned! But I really like the song itself.

You must have some really keen hearing if you're able to hear that... the live version confirms "Oceans" is a whispered secret lyric within the song that is so difficult to hear in the album version, Were you actually able to hear "Oceans" spoken two more times after the supposed first time which I still can't hear in the studio version? Maybe you should listen again...

Oceans. I've finally found a very fitting time to listen to Oceans sometime other than during the night. If you've been on the "Amazing Day" thread anytime recently you know that I've been trying to find the part where Chris whispers "Oceans", making Oceans a song where the title is in fact the lyrics. I've found it somewhat, it's somewhere around 2:55 in the song but I can only hear it in the live version, it's very difficult to hear it in the studio version. Anyways, I looked out my window after it was raining a bit and it was gorgeous. You could see the rain clouds to the north which looked quite dark and the sun was shining through the light clouds to the south. (There wasn't any actual clear sky for the sunshine to actually shine through, but the sunshine was passing through the clouds, but darker). It was in the morning also, with kind of a morning feel to everything, it was beautiful. I can't really describe it with words, you'd have to see it for yourself. I decided that'd be a perfect time to listen to Oceans, so I got my phone and went right ahead by my bedroom window... and it was magical. Coldplay never ceases to amaze me as to how they keep pulling these moments off... it felt just right and it was very nice, and again you'd have to try it for yourself because there are no words to describe it. In fact I'd say that was better than listening to Oceans at night, which is crazy since most GS songs are best for listening at night... guess Oceans is best to listen to in the morning after it just sprinkled, and the sun is shining through just a bit. What an amazing experience, really you'd have to try it yourself to know what it's like. I can't believe I found a better time to listen to a GS song than at night. :D

Really nice here. It was just sprinkling outside and now you can see the rain clouds off in the distance, and it's really cloudy but some sun is peeking through (just the sunlight from the clouds is shining through, there's no clear sky the sunshine can go through right now). It looked epic, and also I was listening to Oceans - what an experience! I could hear it in the live version... in the album version I listened to it again (at my bedroom window, guess what, it was a really great experience listening to Oceans at that time so I'll post about it [thread=104884]here[/thread] (Yay! I found the thread! :D)) and I could hear him say "O" around 2:58 in the song, but I couldn't hear him finish it off by whispering "Oceans", I could hear it in the live version so now I know where to look in the album version (anyone reading this post who still didn't hear it, go to @2:55 and you'll hear him say "O" after a few seconds than maybe whisper Oceans afterwards). I tried again with my headphones and I think mayyybe I heard a teeeeeny touch of something but still not sure... thanks though @jc90 for the video, I can now hear a little bit of it at least in "Oceans", this live version confirmed that Oceans does have the title in the lyrics, however I am yet to hear the whole thing in the album version. Thanks though, that live version really helped me! :D

I can hear him whisper it but holy is he ever quiet about it! I guess that makes Oceans a song where he does say the title in the lyrics... but sneakily! :P I guess that one isn't on the list then... I always thought he never said it which made Oceans one of those songs without the title in the lyrics, I gues I was wrong! :P

Right, I've been listening to the song on the computer through the speakers which isn't the best way to look for something hidden in the song. Besides there's people sleeping at my place I don't want to wake up, and I really want to hear him say it so I'll turn up on my headphones and see if I get any luck there. True... I think from what I saw and you saw... you saw "The Falling" I saw "Snow" on his back.... The Falling Snow? AHFOD released when the snow is falling? :D Hey.. I think that's it! I think that's what it refers to! AHFOD will be relieased when the snow falls! Or maybe the title of the first single is "The Falling Snow"! Anything's possible! From their mostly (presumably) AHFOD outfits this would make sense!!! See, everyone? They are teasing us! Only through their festival's clothing though. They're not doing it through Twitter, they're putting messages on themselves as hints to see what we can piece together about the new album! :D They're seeing if we are good enough at figuring out the secret hiddem messages they put on themselves and seeing if we can correctly interpret them... :P Probably a form of teasing. You are right... it may be a form of teasing, in fact, maybe they were considering this album earlier and origianlly got this shirt to tease us about it but now since we are zeroing in on the day that AHFOD is released he's probably teasing us with this new clothing possibly showing potential artwork of the album... or an idea behind it. Who knows, it's probably a form of teasing though since he seems to be wearing more and more nowadays. :P

Have a question about the photo... why is Chris always wearing that shirt nowadays?? :P It's not really surprising that he's in London at the moment... but thanks for the update confirming it! :D

I really like Ghost Stories too but it seems a bit plastic-y. I love the melodies that it provides, although they are a bit bland, and something's definetely missing. It seems like there isn't as much contribution from the other band members as there is Chris' contribution. However, I still do love the feel of the album and the sounds within they did make it work to fit. Who knows what it would have sounded like if they used a different, maybe an Oldplay sound. The sounds they used in GS seem to kind of fit IMO. I do like the album but certainly it isn't my fav.

For the third time, I thought someone hacked my account :P But not for as long as the last two times, it just kind of crossed my mind a bit until I noticed "Oh... I bet I know who this is" :P

Now it's starting to get to me a bit that they're posting like crazy now but aren't posting about AHFOD. :P As one other said in another thread maybe they're doing this as the first tease towards AHFOD itself in fact, because they know they're getting us all excited every time they tweet...
